Jodi is the Chief Executive Officer for NADCA, the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association. As Chief Executive Officer, Araujo is responsible for the strategic and financial oversight of the association and the staff. She works closely with the Board of Directors to translate the strategic vision for the association into action. She also publishes an industry magazine and manages the marketing and public relations initiatives. Araujo ensures that NADCA remains at the cutting edge and fully immersed in all things affecting their industry. She is responsible for industry alliances, partnerships and relationships with other organizations, agencies, groups, corporations and individuals.
Her responsibilities also include establishing and implementing systems, structures and development programs that support the human capital of the organization as a critical lever in accomplishing business goals. Jodi leads the team in continuous improvement for delivery of exceptional client services and works to oversee the internal components of the client life-cycle.
Jodi Araujo has 25 years of association management experience, from both the stand-alone and the small AMC model, bringing a broad spectrum of experience from which to draw. She holds the Certified Exhibition Manager designation and shares a passion for competitive sports. Araujo attended Columbia University, where she played basketball for the Lions while honing her skills and love of the written word.
Jodi is a proud mom to two wonderful daughters and spends her free time attending their soccer and volleyball matches.

Jason Levy serves as Executive Director of NADCA, the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association. Jason is responsible for operational oversight including strategic initiatives, program development, operations management, education, and certification.
Jason has over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership with a background in facility management and operations, strategic planning, financial management, and staff development. He is passionate about working with NADCA’s board and volunteer leaders to deliver high quality programs and benefits to support members’ success.
Jason’s background includes a bachelor’s degree in business from West Chester University and a master’s degree in education from Indiana University. He carries the CASP certification from the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) and has won multiple awards for service and volunteerism from both NACAS and the Association of College Unions International (ACUI).
Jason loves cars, motorcycles, electronics, and travelling. He and his wife Dayna spend time with family and friends at the NJ shore and on fun vacations all over the US. They live in Elkins Park, PA and enjoy eating out, cooking, house projects, and relaxing with their 2 cats.

As the Chief Executive Relationship Officer for Association Headquarters Mike is responsible for charting the course, developing the vision and implementing the necessary steps to ensure long term healthy client relationships between AH and the company’s 30+ full service clients. Mike also serves on the AH Office of the President, which is comprised of the company’s senior management team. Mike is also a partner at AH, along with Bob Waller, the President & CEO and Bill MacMillan, founder and Chairman of AH.
In 2001, Dwyer earned the designation of Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives. In June of 2004, he was elected by his peers as President of the Board for the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives and in 2006 he was selected by Association TRENDS magazine as a 2006 Young & Aspiring Association Professional. Mike was also the recipient of the 2011 Mid-Atlantic Society of Association Executives Points of Light Award, designed to honor an MASAE member who has demonstrated a commitment to his or her community and the needs of others.
Dwyer and his wife Margaret (“Penny”) of 26 years have three children; Chandler is twenty, Owen is sixteen, and their daughter Madeline is fourteen-years-old.
Caitlin serves as NADCA’s Assistant Executive Director. In this role, she works with NADCA's committees to develop programs and services to support members' success. She also oversees NADCA's many marketing and public relations initiatives including the consumer-facing Breathing Clean campaign.
Caitlin has over 15 years of experience working with nonprofit trade, professional, and philanthropic associations including Habitat for Humanity and the American Heart Association. During her tenture with NADCA, she has helped the organization reach several milestones related to membership growth and consumer awareness. She earned her degree in communication from East Carolina University where she served as a two-term president of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).
Caitlin enjoys crafting and challenging herself with DIY projects during her free time. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their young son.

Ashton has been in the meeting and event management industry for 15 years planning meetings in the scientific and not-for-profit environments. Prior to Association Headquarters, Ashton worked for the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) where she was part of a team managing more than forty 250-500 person meetings, and a 15,000-person citywide conference annually. She joined AH in 2016 and is the Senior Meeting Manager for NADCA. She holds the Certified Meeting Professional and Digital Event Strategist designation. Most recently she has been extremely involved in educating and speaking to meetings and events industry professionals on the topic of "Returning to In-Person Meetings" and holding in-person events as we begin to slowly emerge from a year that has put a dramatic halt to in person meetings and events.
Jeanne Cekala is the Standards and Specifications Marketing Manager for NADCA. She is responsible for promoting ACR, the NADCA Standard and the NADCA General Specification. Her role is essential to building relationships with Architectural and Engineering professionals to ensure that the NADCA General Specification and ACR are highlighted and that NADCA membership and certification are specified in commercial specifications.
Jeanne's experience is anchored in customer service, communication, LinkedIn and social media marketing and research skills. She earned her degree in Anthropology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has been building relationships with professionals from all walks of life ever since. When she isn’t marketing the NADCA Specifications and Standards, you are most likely to find Jeanne singing with her Sweet Adelines Chorus, hiking, or taking in a football game whenever possible.

Frannie serves as NADCA's Meetings Coordinator, assisting with the planning, communication, and execution of NADCA's Annual Meeting and Fall Technical Conference. She excels in communication as well as outreach. Please feel free to contact Frannie if you have questions about either of NADCA's two signature events.
Christina works closely with NADCA's Associate members and manages industry relations for the Association. Contact her about year-round advertising, event sponsorship, and exhibiting at a NADCA meeting.
